Refund policy

We want you to love your EverWood piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused,unassembled, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at service@everwoods.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the 
transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@everwoods.shop with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
